At Pincette- Lobster Bar, transport yourselves to a chic lobster shack in the East Coast of Canada. With lobster as the main item on the menu, our restaurant presents a variety of unique dishes including lobster poutine, lobster pasta, lobster mac and cheese, as well as classic dishes such as lobster rolls and of course, whole lobster. Enjoy a full raw bar as well as a range of seafood platters including Fish & Chips, linguine with clams and oysters.

Excellents cocktails Service un peu rapide, prendre un peu plus de temps entre les services Bons plats Peut être penser à proposer du pain et mettre sel et poivre sur les tables

Un repas somme toute décevant. La guédille de homard servi était peu généreuse, goûtant trop l’oignon et le céleri au point où le gout du homard était recherché. La salade servi avec l’assiette n’était pas fraîche et les frites servies tiède. Franchement, ça ne valait pas les 35$ déboursé par assiette. Nous avons demandé du pain pour accompagner notre entrée de salade d’endives et et il était sec et le beurre gelé. Bref…

L'ambiance et la nourriture était au rendez-vous. Le personnel s'est fait discret tout en étant présent pour nous tout au long du repas. La chaudrée de parlourde était sublime. Pas une chaudrée en canne comme dans le Maine. Une vrai de vrai! Au final, ce fut une très belle expérience !

We changed our reservation time really last minute due to a train delay but the staff is still super welcoming. The risotto was amazing!!

Place looks nice and lively. Staff very helpful and prompt. Food was a bit cold but tasty. Overall a good experience.
