At East Bay Grille Pinehills, located at The Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, Massachusetts, we offer fine cuisine in a warm, yet casual environment. Our daily menu includes ocean fresh seafood, varietal pastas, and choice cut steaks, in addition to savory sandwiches and craft pizzettas. Get comfortable in our cozy Grille Room, relaxing veranda, or enjoy a cocktail around the fire pit. East Bay Grille at Pinehills Golf Club is a public restaurant. You do not need to be a member of the Golf Club or resident of the community to dine with us.

We live in Pinehills and east Bay is always our favorite restaurant. Consistently great food , service , and ambience!!!! They do everything great!!!👍

Service was great. Jim the manager runs a great show. Waitress was/is awesome, sorry forgot her name. She’s been there for awhile and knows how to treat people.

It was great, just as it always is! The menu is great, but don’t sleep on the specials. They’re always creative and fantastic.

I’d requested a round table and they had it all set up for us. Thank you!! We all had a delicious meal and a wonderful time. Our server, Sarah was accommodating, good sense of humor and a real pleasure.

The chicken wings were overcooked but everything else was excellent… always a relaxed place to grab dinner
