                                                                    Horrible experience! The server never came to the table to check if we needed refills or anything extra. He then proceeded to overcharge my credit card and pocket the cash meant to be towards the bill! $172 for tacos! Management ran my card again without listening to us again! Food is good but server was absolutely awful!

                                                                    The restrooms were up 3 flights of stairs and the elevator was not working. I was there with my 87 year old mother that has health issues and she was unable to climb so many stairs. Therefore, she was unable to use the facilities when necessary.

                                                                    The service was the worst part idk if it was the bar or our waitress service but it was just way to slow for how busy it was and we asked for a frozen drink and were told it was not available but tables next to us were able to get same drink.

                                                                    Salsa sampler was good. The OG chicken tinga was okay. The Carne Asada was pretty blah. The tacos shells were... Moist. The squeeze of lime improved the taste but I would not order them again. The margarita was so so. Service was good. Restaurant was loud! The bathrooms were at the top of a long climb. The amount of salsa for the amount of chips in the sampler was just not enough. Less chips or more salsa. Price was very reasonable. A solid 3 out of 5 overall.
