Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. We can’t give it enough stars and we will definitely go back. The staff and the food were fantastic!

What a wonderful start to a Saturday, brunch was amazing. My sister and I enjoyed our food and the impeccable service was top notch thanks to Kyra and Miguel. And the Bloody Mary was just everything and you had me at tater tots. I can’t wait to return, thank you !!

The food is delicious. Service by Desiree was superb!! And bonus Lisa was there and I got to take a picture with her. 😍

I love Vanderpump restaurants - I’ve been lucky enough to to try all of them so far (Wolf is stunning!), so was super excited about Pinky’s! It’s so beautiful, the decor & ambience was perfect as always, sadly the service was soooo slow, drinks took 40 mins & food even longer - we wanted to stay for espresso martinis & dessert, but the slow service put us off - our server & all staff were lovely, super friendly & happy, the food was amazing too, so it’s a real shame! We’d love to return to give it another go & hopefully the service speed will have improved.

This was possibly the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The maître d was amazing, the wait staff was so good. I highly recommend this amazing eatery.

The restaurant and decor was spectacular. Food and drinks were not worth the price we paid. Overall, experience was not worthy of 5 stars.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Pinky’s. The waiter Cody was so friendly and professional. The food was amazing and delicious. The drinks were out of this world. Definitely get the bird cage cheese plate. Will definitely be back!!

This was our third visits while in Vegas and once again it was absolutely outstanding. The drinks and the food are all amazing and you can’t go wrong with option. The service was amazing as well and very friendly.
