Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

Drinks were amazing. Had the deviled eggs and they were delicious. Brittany was a wonderful server too.

Our server Cody was fantastic!! He made our experience even better. Food was delicious and the decor was fun.

10 out of 10. Amazing food, ambience and service. We’ve been to many of Lisa’s restaurants and she’s truly outdone herself! Do yourself a favor and order the Less Depresso, More Espresso Martini. Would also highly recommend the pull-apart bread.

Outstanding! Cocktails are amazing, food is great..best Vanderpump concept yet! Our server, Nick, was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent recs for the food and for finding a cocktail. Definitely the type of place to share a few plates and take in the beautiful space while sipping a few cocktails. The mini grilled cheeses and pull apart bread were our favorites. 10/10!

I've been to the other 2 Vanderpump restaurants at Paris and Caesars, so I had to try this one out. For a new restaurant, it was definitely well worth it. The entire restaurant looked great! We tried a variety of things from the menu (including drinks and dessert), and it was all good. Surprisingly, Lisa Vanderpump and Ken walked in as we were finishing our meal, so it was a great way to end our visit with a cpl of pics.

Everything was amazing and stunning as usual. Except my timing. Apparently the queen was coming right across from me but my dad dragged me out before I got to tell her how amazing it and she is.

We were in for a drink and snack. Split the lobster rolls and wagyu cheeseburger sliders. Both were excellent!!! The sauce on the sliders is wonderful. The lobster rolls were perfect and I’ve been to Portland Maine and had fresh lobster rolls there…the ones at Pinky’s were up to par for sure!! I had the Daddy Issues and Pump-tini. Both phenomenal!
