    Everything was great until it came time to pay our bill. We had a group of 10. We put out multiple cards - put $ on 4 cards and put $$ on the other 2 cards. Then we were told no more than 4 cards and all must have exactly the same amount on them. What? Why? WTF? It created a royal pain. What’s the issue? We were frustrated. We have hosted groups at Pinstripes before and we dine there frequently ourselves. Never again. We will never return. Lack of customer consideration and respect. You obviously don’t need our business. Your arbitrary rules are apparently more important than your customers.

    Great place for dinner and drinks! The service was wonderful I wish we would have had time to bowl or play bocce ball, but we had to leave early to get up early the next morning.

    We were a large group (15 ppl group) and I visit the place a day earlier to ask for table confirmation and location, and at the event time our table was taken, the host was being super rude and made us feel very unwelcome :( Food took a long time to arrive and it was cold. :(

    The five of us had an excellent time. Pizzas and salads were excellent. Service was friendly and really helpful for the kids pickiness. We sat on the patio and that was perfect!

    It took us almost an hour to get food and drinks. The waiter didn’t know whose food was who’s and decided to leave our food on another table unattended until he figured it out. The drinks were watered down. Overall bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

    Wonderful deck to sit on and watch the boats go by. Food is trendy American and very good. Service was a little slow. It has been better. Maybe they were just short handed.
