PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

                                                      I was so disappointed I will not go back. We had a great waiter, Nick. However, the meal was a plate of french fries with a the smallest piece of meat ever. The entree was not priced as a sample of an entree or mini appatizer- it was priced as if I would get a great dinner. That was not the case. No one would consider my plate of fries with a piece of meat about 2.3 ounces a meal. I was with really nice neighbors of mine and would not have complained. I am so greatful for the opportunity to tell everybody who reads a review, going to this place is a huge mistake. It really is sad that I could walk to this restaurant from my house in about 7 to 10 minutes time and no I will never go there again. Do not make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else.

                                                      Old style peppercorn encrusted steak was to die for. So few chefs use this preparation anymore and it’s the over the moon best! And Ivan told me the Pom frites were better than any others and was he ever right. Thank you Ivan for an amazing evening. See you again soon 😊
