    We enjoyed a lovely meal shared between six ladies. The Brussels sprouts have this raisin flavor that works. The short ribs are excellent.

    For drinks, Vienna lager is super legit, and the Czech Spritz is delicious. The food was very good as well. Love this authentic Czech establishment, and service was excellent!

    Thank you all Shelby and the group who made our 4 day stay in Waco amazing. Loved dinner tonight Schnitzel our lovely lunch and hostess/bar tender, the goulash we ate later same day for dinner, the after dinner drinks on Valentines night, and the nice call Sunday to remind me of dinner reservations. You all are rock stars. Vienna Beer was one of the best brews I’ve ever tasted. You bright back good memories of a trip to Germany and Austria last year. Prost 💌🍺

    First of all, our waitress, Ashley W, was absolutely the BEST waitress we've EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE!! So, hats off to Ashley W because she was AMAZING!! We had 6 people in our party and she treated each one of us individually, and answered our questions about the menu explaining what items were. This was our first time at Pivovar, and although none of us are into Czech cuisine, we wanted to try something new in our community. We rated the food a "1" because we were disappointed in the amount of fat that was actually on the "Braised Short Rib Goulash" (2 were ordered) - way too much; a "Pivovar Burger" was ordered and it was way overcooked - almost burned ( 1 ordered); 2 of the "CzexanSchnitzel Parmesan" were ordered and neither one was very flavorful - tasted like a fried chicken breast on bland Macaroni and Cheese; and 1 "Texas Pocket Schnitzel" was ordered and the flavors were bland. Our party also ordered appetizers of "Czech Fried Cheese" and the "Sourdough Pretzel"; and our party also ordered the "Apple Strudel Al A Mode" and the "Bruleed Cheesecake". So my husband spent a LOT of money for this family celebration! Everyone enjoyed the appetizers and desserts that were ordered, but other than that...we all left very disappointed and still hungry! Sorry for the bad food review, but we finished off spending $274 with unhappy people. The restaurant is beautiful and very modern, and the staff is very nice and pleasant.

    Food was excellent! We shared the Goulash and a pretzel. It was planty of food. The beer was good as well. Bar area could be larger, but you can eat at the bar if a table isn't available. We would go back.

    Seated quickly on Valentine's Day. Reservations were duly noted. Wait staff prompt and efficient. Kept checks accurately for four couples. Refills came quickly and plates came out without delay. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend to others.

    We enjoyed the Czechzan versions of the menu. The wine and beer tours weren't bad for the price.

    Fantastic! Portion sizes are huge so bring an empty stomach. Highly recommend the Czexan Schnitzel which also pairs well with a lemon drop martini. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. This place never disappoints!

    Super cool place to stay!! The restaurant has fabulous food. And they are across the street from Magnolia Silos! We will stay there again!
