Everything was great minus feeling rushed out of the restaurant. We were still eating and plates started to get cleared and taken out from under us when we literally still had food on them. Also being asked for boxes when we are clearly still eating!!

The table we sat had cold air come in every time the waiters opened the door. Very annoying and freezing The music was way too loud. The food was excellent tasting. Chicago in general is more expensive.

The door was open at the restaurant and it was cold inside Everyone was wearing coats inside which is not the experience I wanted. Who wants to eat with their coats on

Hostess was rude and not accommodating. Walked in at 4:50PM and was told they were fully committed with only a handful of tables sat.

We have a great meal at Pizzeria Portofino! Our server, Lydia was excellent. She was friendly and prompt and made sure to ask about allergies. She was extremely accommodating with helping us choose a custom, off menu pizza for our kids. She even brought the chef out to meet my son when he told her the pizza “was the best pizza he ever had”. The food was very good and came out quickly! Over, very welcoming and friendly—we’d definitely go back again!

Great venue & view. The charred pepperoni pizza & the rigatoni with vodka sauce was very yummy! Jared is a great server. Will definitely be back!
