PLORI is a neighborhood gem with a bright and cheery ambiance, friendly and courteous staff, and outstanding cuisine. Nikos was once again our star server making excellent recommendations along the way. I tried three specials. The Greek sausage appetizer with a mustard sauce was delicious. The Lobster bisque was a little too salty for me, but otherwise tasty. And my main course was Dover sole with mussels that should be placed on the menu permanently so I can have it again and again! Wow was that good! A nice bottle of Greek wine and Greek dessert made it an extra special night out.

The ambience was both elegant and welcoming. The server was professional. He was exceptional! The wait time after ordering the drinks was longer than expected. However the food made up for any disappointment with the wait time. The lamb chops were absolutely the best my husband and I had ever had! We will make sure to dine again and again at Plori

1st time here on a business dinner. The swordfish dish with the red sauce and White beans was fantastic! Hope to visit and try other dishes bet time in town.

Loved the ambience. A bit noisy so i would come back at an earlier time say before 7. The food was delicious. The wait in between courses was very long. Our waiter was wonderful!

An attractive restaurant in the heart of the shopping district on Old Country Road. Food was excellent. There is a bar crowd so if you want it quiet, sit further back. We ate there early evening Saturday so not yet crowded and staff was attentive.

Beautiful, comfortable table that accommodated conversation. Busboy greeted us asked about water. After water & bread waiter asked about drinks or cocktails. Everything we ordered was lovely to look at and delicious. Will definitely return!

Our Filet Mignon skewers were so tough we couldn't eat them and were $50. We were charged $11 for extra tzatziki sauce, never got our coffee and the meatball appetizer was overcooked and didn't come with the sauce we requested on the side. The meal was disappointing, the service subpar and the food very overpriced. Table of 10 near us were wearing t shirts and hoodies.

Our party of 4 was seated promptly for our 7 pm reservation and we were immediately greeted by the server Tomas along with a trainee Olga. After our cocktails were ordered fresh bread was delivered. We placed orders for Horiatiki salad, zucchini chips, and mussels and clams, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. The entrees were lamb chops, lamb shank (Osso Bucco), and two ordered the fresh dorado. None of us left over anything except for the plates and silverware! We shared two desserts-sorbet and galaktoboureko (yummy warm semolina custard in phyllo pastry with a side of pistachio gelato). Dino, the General Manager, visited our table a few times to make sure everything was to our liking. They couldn't have been more attentive to our table despite the dining room being packed. Definitely worth trying if you are a fan of great Greek/Mediterranean food.
