Polo Steak & Sea of Vero Beach offers a variety of amazing STEAKS, SEAFOOD and SUSHI. Streaks are a minimum 35 day aged to offer more flavor and tenderness. Our chefs love creating nightly seafood specials sourcing local seafood.
Polo also features a rotating variety of Dry Aged steaks and chops throughout the week. To accompany the menu is a curated wine list with unique and delicious gems along with hand crafted cocktails.
Polo Steak & Sea offers several areas to dine, inside a well appointed dining room with a modern bar or al fresco dining in a large covered veranda.

    Great Dirty martini. Oysters had a great beet shallot sauce. For dinner I ordered the crab cake. Would definitely go back again

    Our waitress Fernanda was true professional. The steak was cooked to perfection. We all enjoyed our meals very much.

    Oysters, sashimi and seafood sauté all very good and filling! Great selection of wines. Having the heaters nearby was useful on a chilly evening

    Excellent food and very attentive service. We’ve eaten at Polo many times and always enjoy our experience. Brian was our server.

    Another great experience with a great French wine and the rib eye special. Great holiday decorations and great ambience. A must for the holidays.

    Polo needs to work on the food. Our waiter Tim was great and the drinks were excellent. The lobster thermidor was super tasty but too small for the price. The lamb was tasty but served lukewarm as was the truffle fries. The NY strip had a nice flavor and sear but lots of grizzle. Not sure I’d go back unless the kitchen steps it up. Lots of competition in Vero on the beachside.

    This was our Christmas Date Night and we purposely picked Polo because of .... well... everything! My husband's filet was cooked perfectlyi, my lobster Thermidore was a wonderful mix, the creme brulee for dessert topped off things perfectly. And our server, Bryan was the BEST!! We will ask for him each time we come back, which we will do, of course. He didn't rush us, had excellent suggestions for wine, and made sure our food was correct and timely. Came at 6:15 so we got a perfect corner booth and it didn't start getting crowded until after 7 .
