We will be showing all of the Scotland Six Nations matches in the Bar! We have plenty of space for standing and for walk-ins. If you wish to reserve a table, follow the booking info or give us a call!

Situated on the eighth floor of the Port of Leith Distillery, the Distillery Bar is a premium new-wave Whisky Bar and Scottish food & drink destination.

With stunning views of Edinburgh, Leith and the Firth of Forth, the 300-bottle double-height back bar is intended to invite discovery at the sheer wonder and variety of global whisky alchemy.

With a critically acclaimed seasonal inspired food menu, Head Chef Patrick and his team combine classic and modern techniques, championing the best of Scotland’s farmers and produce.

We look forward to welcoming you in for a dram.

Our Kitchen closes at 9:30pm Tuesday - Saturday and 7:30pm Sunday - Monday.
Our Bar Snacks menu runs all night.

We find the thought of hanging out in our whisky distillery to be pretty exciting and we thought others would too. We’ve created a number of spaces within the building that you can hire out for corporate meetings, birthday parties, weddings, private tastings or high-level secret discussions.

Our home-made Steak Pies twinned with a crisp pint from Pilot is the perfect half-time snack for £10. Pop into the bar to watch the games and enjoy. No reservation needed. Celebrating the birthday and retirement of my wife. Table booked for mid afternoon. Warm welcome, shown to table promptly and we quickly met our server Anna. In our experience, it's the people that make the vibe and Anna was simply perfecto (and spanish) Great fun, warm, professional and keen to make your experience the best it could be ... a true gem. We had the meat plater, olives and foccacia bread, all of which were delicious and all of the bread was served warm. My wife has a dairy allergy and this was considered when we ordered. Drinks were of a high quality and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Views are fantastic and they are dog friendly. We will definitely be returning ... and hope to see Anna again, a Spanish Senorita in the heart of Leith ... definitely bringing the sunshine. Thank you

Enjoyed a lovely meal after the tour. Beautifully cooked food and friendly staff. Ask for a table.near the window overlooking the yacht!

We went on the tour then had a bite to eat and cocktails in the public bar - amazing place and I would highly recommend both the tour and drinks/food.

Our first time there. There is a lot of building work going on outside but that did not impact on our visit. Amazing views of the Royal Yacht Britannia lit up at night and out to sea - quite stunning. The food was delicious although the starters took a long time to come. Our waitress Anna noticed this, chased them up for us and gave us complimentary drinks to compensate. She is such an asset to this restaurant and absolutely made it a memorable evening for us. Without hers harp observation skills we would probably have become very grumpy and irritated by the delay. We would definitely go there again. The menu is very limited but that is a good thing. Everything we ate was a delight.

Staff were great, very accommodating and enthusiastic about the product. Enjoyed our cocktails and the nibbly food was delicious.
