    We had a night top table which was in a great position, I like to people watch. Service was good,, food was excellent, my first ever oysters which were fabulous. My beef was cooked to perfection. Treacle tart was very more ish.

    Amazing food, friendly staff, though could explain a little more and be more knowledgeable. Pity there was a screaming child screaming throughout the meal.

    It was okay, this was a Birthday gift, been to some fantastic restaurants and eaten steaks. This was a small dining area in a Food-hall so it lacked ambience. Food was ok, not cheap.. not sure if it was completely VFM.. Limited bubbly & English Sparkling Wines were not on the list. Not in a rush to return.

    Lovely food. Service could be better - a bit slow to get going then somewhat hasty, whipped away our plates while we were still chewing & didn’t warn me about the scalding dish the pudding came in.

    I visited the restaurant with a friend and we both ate from the Express Lunch menu. The range of food on offer was excellent. The quality of the food was also excellent. The serving staff were very attentive but not intrusive. I would highly recommend this venue and will be going back next month as I was really impressed with my overall experience.

    One of the nicest places to dine in the northeast. Visited many times and it never disappoints. Today’s order of the BBQ Skate was exceptional.

    Compared to the two previous experiences since January which were great I felt very underwhelmed. Food was okay but not memorable and the service lacked attention, repeated requests for water and menu and food was delivered very slowly.

    Ordered from the set menu. Food was delicious and really good portion sizes. Table service was exceptional. Highly recommend

    Fantastic as ever Our waitress was great - very attentive. Sorry can’t recall her name but from Burnley and studying biochemistry Thanks for a lovely bday meal
