Food was ok, the service was TERRIBLE. On top of our horrible experience, we were charged a large party fee as well as an additional service fee charge. At the end of it all I honestly thought we were on a reality TV show. I do not recommend !

i did not get service after sitting in my table for 25 minutes. and when i server finally came around because i told the host, the server told me the kitchen was closed. the manager didnt offer any solutions either. overall dont recommend service was horrible and i will never come back and i will tell anyone about the horrible experience i endured. especially on valentines day.

Valentine’s Day Disappointment at the Porterhouse Restaurant Our Valentine’s Day experience at the Porterhouse Restaurant in Sunny Isles Beach left much to be desired. The restaurant seemed terribly understaffed for such a busy night, resulting in painfully slow service. At one point, the manager came to our table and informed us that we wouldn’t be getting any food — only for our server to show up later with our meals, without any explanation. While the manager did comp one round of drinks as a gesture, the chaotic, noisy atmosphere overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable evening. It was a shame to see a great live band’s performance wasted in such disorganized surroundings. I understand Valentine’s Day can be hectic for restaurants, but the lack of preparation was evident. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

A friend told me about this spot and I’m really happy I gave it a try. The food was beyond delicious and Serdar made the night even better with his awesome service. The drinks were spot-on, and the vibe was exactly what I needed perfect for late-night fun or just chilling with friends. We will surely be back there.

Overall nice vibe. I enjoyed my server and the live music for the night! Had a small side of truffle fries wasn’t excited about it didn’t have much flavor. I’d come back for the music .

Nice restaurant in our neighborhood for a dinner . Very nice food , especially short rib and octopus. I never tried a better one. Live music is a nice add on .
