We visit 3-4 times a year and wanted to try something different. I’m glad we did. The duck wings were a delicious surprise. I ordered the fried shrimp and scallops with coastal rice and mac and cheese; the shrimp and scallops were perfectly done and the rice a tasty accompaniment. The mac and cheese seems to be a white cheddar, very creamy. My husband ordered the fried shrimp and flounder and was happy with the flavors. Do yourself a favor and get hushpuppies! The complimentary bread had a good yeasty flavor but was extremely chewy. We’ve added this to our must-return list.

Disappointing overall. We had a very good server, Barb, and the booth that seats six was comfortable and spacious. Hush puppies and margarita pizza were tasty. However, I chose this restaurant to have fresh seafood and regrettably the fried shrimp and the shrimp and grits were subpar. Very tough shrimp (extremely overcooked) with a very shrimpy taste - almost as if they were old or had been frozen. I couldn’t eat the fried shrimp, let the server know, and she offered to replace the meal with another selection, which was appropriate. Fish on the fish and chips entree was good, but also nearly overcooked in the fryer. Fries were blah. Inconsistent food taste / quality at these prices ($20+ per entree) will keep me from returning anytime soon.

We had been to Poseidon for happy hour on the rooftop. We were excited for the dinner experience To our dismay, the ambiance was fair. Food was mediocre. Service was great!

Went for Sunday brunch and loved it! A great place for brunch with a seafood coastal twist! A bonus on cheap bloodys and breakfast cocktails as well!

The food was excellent as was the service. I have been there twice and both times everything was great. The server was very attentive without hovering. A manager also stopped by to make sure everything was OK.
