The attention to ingredient flavor, sourcing, seasonality, and service hospitality help define Prati Italia as the premier local Italian restaurant in the Town Center and greater Jacksonville community. Led by James Beard Award nominee, Chef Tom Gray, Prati Italia's contemporary Italian menu includes handmade pastas, Roman-style pizzas and seasonally-inspired entrees, handcrafted cocktails and an international wine list. Full craft cocktail bar offered with wines from around the world and local craft beers. Serving Dinner nightly, Lunch Friday - Sunday, and Happy Hour Monday - Friday, we also offer private dining, large outdoor dining spaces, online ordering for to-go and delivery, as well as catering.     We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday with a lunch. Everything was delicious and it was quiet and very nice for a multigenerational group.

    Chef Kevin and wait staff Heather took great care in prep and service. My husband has an onion allergy and Chef made him a great meal! His salmon was tasty, my Ahi Tuna was delicious. We recommend the Garlic Crostini with the olive mixture and ricotta, and the Brussels sprouts! Both so aptly prepared!

    My visit was with my 6 year old granddaughter to have Brunch with Mr and Mrs Grinch. There was sooo much food brought to our table and we were offered refills of whatever we desired. The Grinches were very personable…as you would expect. Mrs Grinch especially, had my 6 year old granddaughter involved in a great back and forth debate/conversation about Santa. MRS GRINCH was simply amazing. Very very enjoyable afternoon. The brunch offerings were varied and delicious. We both enjoyed the FOOD and the FUN. AND we have many pics and videos with the Grinches to look back on and enjoy. Thank you so much !! -Renee Lerch

    Brunch with The Grinch was great. Our grandson loved it. Food was delicious and there was a lot of it. Servers were great. Mr. and Mrs. Grinch were quite grinchy!!
