We popped in for a date night drink during Sundance. It was nice & I’m sure we will visit again with friends as we come to PC often since we have a second home here. We had already eaten before coming but my husband said there were menu selections that looked appealing to him. He had an old fashion - which he enjoyed & I had the Baby Gorgeous Marg- it was cute but too sweet for me, however I like very tart & bitter cocktails, but I’m sure my girlfriends would love this one. Since we come almost once a month I’m certain we will pop in again. Especially when doing adult trips like this one with or without friends. Cheers 🥂

Happy that we made a reservation only to be given the worst “table” (if you could consider that) in the place. Come here on a Friday if you want to be placed next to a blaring speaker with lights flashing in your eyes on a little stool and not met with friendliness when asking to kindly shift. Needless to say, did not stay but there are plenty of fantastic and friendly alternatives nearby

Excellent food, be sure to try some of the specialty drinks as they were unusual, tasty, and creative.

Premier has a very unique menu, but everything we ordered was very good. We had excellent service and the place has a fun vibe.

Ridiculously limited menu for New Year’s Eve with ridiculous prices and very rude people except for our waitress who was very nice. There was a whole bar you got to stare at , you just couldn’t order anything from it as it was off-limits for New Year’s Eve !!????? none of this was mentioned on their website when we made the reservation thru Open Table.

This restaurant is an experience. The dancers and musicians are very cheeky. Not my style but others may enjoy it more. Service was very slow.

I'll start with this place has great potential, the ambiance is dark and moody, however the music was completely off. We questioned if we were in a sports bar or a speak easy. "Another one bites the dust" might be the theme song to this soon to be closed bar (the song playing as I wrote this). Play some low volume jazz music and this place may have lengthened success. The espresso martini flight tasted like chocolate water, and the mezcalita - Did I have a leftover Starbucks refresher with no mezcal? Nothing premiere about this place.
