    Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. The food was good, not anything incredible. The stars of the show were the mains (we got the half rack of lamb, bolognese, and side of broccolini with oil and chili flakes). The apps were so/so - the snap pea salad was very yummy. The fresh mozzarella really lacked salt and the veal carpaccio came cooked with a heavy sauce. If something is described as carpaccio on the menu, I would assume it would come fresh and raw. Ambience was fun, drinks were good. It was boiling hot though.

    we spent 3 hours catching up over brunch and did not get rushed at all which is uncommon these days. waitress was lovely!

    The decor was beautiful…we had brunch! Wonderful service by this young lady… patient with us ol ladies! Can’t wait to go back and have dinner.

    I recently dined at Prima in Charlestown with a group of four, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks. The table we were seated at felt a bit cramped for four people. In the past, the hostess would offer to hang our coats. It would have been a nice touch, especially given the limited space. The food was very good, maintaining Prima's reputation for quality. However, we did notice that the mozzarella, which we had particularly enjoyed on a previous visit, didn't quite meet the same high standard this time. On a positive note, the drinks were excellent, and the wine choices were impressive. It would have been helpful if the waitress had spent a little more time explaining the different wines, but we understood that the restaurant was extremely busy, making it difficult for her to do so. Despite these small things, Prima remains a solid choice for dining in Charlestown. The overall experience was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future, hoping for a bit more attention to the small details that enhance the dining experience.

    Sat us at bar stool seats which I did not love. Didn’t offer to take our jackets like they did for other tables. Food and our server were excellent though.

    A magical experience! The food was incredible - we went for gluten free night because my husband has celiac and they did not disappoint.
