   Amazing Brunch Experience! Fabulous service from Jen and delicious food (mini biscuits, smoked salmon, pancakes, special duck sausage that was awesome, New Orleans Bloody Mary!) all of it fantastic. Will definitely be back- thank you!

   First time we went had a wonderful experience. Told all our friends. This time the total opposite and we were so sad and disappointed. Waited forever for dinner. Steaks came out COLD, and my 6 oz filet was not even close to the right size, it was laughable. Clearly the filet tip. The server placed our side of asparagus ON my purse that was sitting at the side of the table. It was one of the worst experiences!! So upset we left hungry. They asked to redo it but we were already there for an hour and half and didn’t want to wait another hour for dinner to come. Went home and ate leftovers. My husband ate a bagel. Will never go back. Paid $118 for drinks, a crabcake (the only thing that was good), and two french onion soups. First time we got the soup it was divine. This time they were bland, watery and barely any onions. Waste of time and money.

   Great food, coupled with exceptional service make a restaurant. Prime 120 offered both. Great meal; great experience!

   Not enough menu options. Prices are high. This was a special occasion so it was expected. Server was friendly and attentive.

   We always enjoy dining here. Quality food, delicious flavors, calming ambiance, and a friendly staff make Prime 120 by far the best steakhouse option in Cherokee county.
