                                                                                              We went to Prime 47 to celebrate my son receiving his nursing degree. I was a very special occasion. There were five in our group. Out of 5 very expensive steak dinners two steaks were cooked wrong. This is a HIGH end steak house. I expected better. We talked to the kitchen manager and he said the steaks “ looked fine to him”. And the general manager told us how great the cooks really are while acknowledging the steaks weren’t cooked correctly. In the end , the only compensation for our $755.00 dinner was an offer for free dessert. We came for steak not dessert. If I wanted a dessert I would have went to Cheesecake Factory.
