Located off the historic Chateau Lobby in the heart of the resort, Prime ’54 is the innovative alternative to the traditional steakhouse setting, offering prime steak sourced from the globe to include premier dry aged beef and wagyu from Japan. Our chefs work with local farmers in Florida to hand select the freshest vegetables to create our signature sides.

The two-story, indoor-outdoor venue is sexy, fun, elegant and engaging – a perfect complement to Fontainebleau’s stellar collection of signature restaurants.

Design highlights include an open exhibition kitchen and a two-level, glass-enclosed wine tower with 500+ bottles from around the world.

Steak house molto carina, servizio ottimo ma la mia tartare di carne non buona e il conto finale troppo troppo caro.

Cibo buono, ma lovale troppo rumoroso. Fatto riservazione open table, ricevuto messaggio che confermava il tavolo pronto, tuttavia al mio arrivo non ne sapevano nulla… Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato.

Cibo eccellente, ambiente un po’ freddo, servizio non a livello della qualità del cibo, rapporto qualità/prezzo fuori dalla norma! Nel complesso cena di ottimo livello vale il ritorno. Il ristorante è ubicato nel più iconico albergo di MIAMI e questo è un plus!

Booked this table for myself during a business trip. For context! I am an American but have lived overseas for 20 years and did not know the new laws around the "service charge" in Florida. The menu is limited but I usually think that is a good sign. The had salads on the menu but were not able to make just a small green salad so I took the ceasar - which was delicious but far too big. Then I ordered a mid-range priced steak and find that there are no sides included so I ordered those. I had two glasses of Malbec and a slice of the HUGE chocolate cake (which was a disappointment honestly). The steak and bernaise was delicious but I don't think the price is justified. I get the bill and the waiter says to me that the Service Charge goes to the restaurant and the tip I leave will go to him and the buser. So I leave him the standard 20% - which was 50$! I then find out a few days later that the service charge does go in part to the establishment but he and the other staff do get a good portion of it. I was quite upset that I was "cheated" being unaware of the rules. I would have very likely "topped up" a little extra for him had he been honest with me. For that reason I am putting the low scores.

Pleasantly surprised. Had Chataubriand for two and it was excellent. Wine list is ridiculously overpriced but found a cote du Rhône - cheapest bottle on list and it was excellent!

Seafood tower was fresh and delicious more than enough for 4 people to share . Cocktails were fantastic and served very quick even though it was Thanksgiving and they were very busy . Our waitress was the best part of the evening and that’s not to say that anything wasn’t perfect she was just a rockstar . I want to say her name was Jean or Jean Marie . Not only was her service impeccable but she was extremely lovely and made our holiday extra special . On top of it all when she noticed I was cold she brought out a shawl to make me comfortable.

Worst dining experience in many years. Very loud music, lost our food order. Masquerading as a top style steak house.
