This Dining experience was absolutely amazing! I chose Prime to celebrate my husband’s 55th birthday. What a treat. From the time we arrived and were greeted with a class of Prosecco and guided to the escalator for our dining treat, the service was wonderful. Our server Michael was very knowledgeable of the food and drink menu and made some wonderful suggestions! Chef’s kiss to the staff and the chef himself. Can’t wait to return.

Fabulous service, fabulous food, but the noise is too loud. I want to have a nice dinner and converse with my friends and not have to shout to be heard . I realize the music only plays this loud on Friday and Saturday nights, but it is extremely annoying when you’re paying these prices for good food. You have two nice of a restaurant to ruin the ambience, food, and service with loud club type music. We tried this restaurant 2 other times and was not happy with food. We decided to give it a try again and well 3rd time was a charm. Food was amazing!! The service was top notch. Mark is awesome and so attentive!! Loved him. We will go back and perhaps this will become our regular spot! Hats off to the chef!! Ribeye steak was perfection!

First time guests and we will definitely return. The decor is modern, the staff is excellent and the food was amazing. Our server, Julio, was very attentive, offered great meal recommendations and made are dining experience that much more enjoyable. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Overall we had a wonderful dining experience.

Noisy, loud annoying disco music, food overly salty, had reservations but made to wait when tables were abundantly available. If coffee shops can seat you immediately why does this “upscale” restaurant make you wait even with multiple hostesses at the checkin. Is this some industry trend? This has happened to me at several upscale restaurants in Hawaii and Las Vegas. Someone is not managing staff. Will not return even though meal was comped.

Since it was a monday evening, it was fairly quiet but the atmosphere was still great. Service as super (Taylor) as always. Food was also excellent as ever.

This is one of those classic times that you get what you pay for. The quality and quantity of food is appropriate. You will not leave hungry. The service was impeccable. It has been a while since I have enjoyed a great steak here you will not be disappointed. $$$$$

Ended up here for a regular Friday date night, I glanced at the menu before reserving a table but didn’t quite catch the “bougieness” of it all. We had a great time & lovely meal. Staff was very attentive & the sommelier didn’t judge us for our under $100 wine choice (some on the list for $2500 or more) Complimentary Prosecco for the elevator ride to the 11th was a nice touch. Romantic decor:++. DJ spinning EDM all night is the reason for the 3stars in ambiance, it wasn’t our cup of tea, but I can see how it was supposed to give a kind of Vegas younger crowd vibe. Just not what we were expecting for a quiet romantic evening. Would go back for the right occasion.
