Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, along with the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

It may be cold outside, but it’s heating up here at Prime. Join us January 26th through February 2nd for Long Island Restaurant Week when we’re offering an amazing $46 3-Course Dinner menu, plus an optional $25 3-Course Wine Pairing. Fall in love with Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar this Valentine's Day when we will be serving a 4-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu on Friday, February 14th (note that our regular à la carte menu will not be available) for $125 per guest plus tax and gratuity. Beverages will be available at à la carte pricing. Please view the full menu on our website. We require a Credit Card to hold your reservation. There will be a $50/pp penalty charge for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows.

This place is top rated for all the right reasons. The ambiance is beautiful and spacious, leaving enough room to have tables just the right distance apart to have private conversations. Our server was pleasant and gave a few suggestions on menu items to try. For appetizers we had the wedge salad and lamb meatballs. The wedge salad was good but had a little too much dressing for my liking. A little less goes a longer way. The lamb meatballs were fantastic. Perfectly crispy on the outside and a nice mixture of lamb, ricotta and other ingredients inside. I would recommend this. I saw a few other appetizer items that I wanted to try but wanted to leave room for my main course. For entree I had the striped bass. My spouse had the Delmonico steak. The fish was cooked well, had a nice crispy skin and flaky inside. We shared the Brussel sprouts to accompany our entree and neither of us loved it. It was slightly too charred for me, tasting more burnt than I’d like. It could’ve done with a tad less chili sauce. It needed more of a drizzle and less of a soaking. Overall though, the food and drinks were good. The general manager was very kind and gave us a gift card to return for a drink, as it was my husband’s birthday. Little things like this matter to me: great service, considerate staff, good food, beautiful ambiance. It all makes the experience more worthwhile. I look forward to dining at Prime again.

I've been here several times to celebrate special occasions and have never been disappointed. The food and service is excellent!

Two excellent individual beef wellingtons at perfect medium rare. Sushi appetizer was great as always, as was their classic wedge salad.

Simply the best! Thank you Prime for a great night! Service & food is always on point. We decided to celebrate New Year’s Eve at our favorite restaurant so worth it!

The staff was amazing and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Since it was a four course meal, the portions were smaller sizes. But that's okay because we had so much food to sample. The ambiance was so elegant. The decorations were beautiful. Warm and inviting. My husband and I come here a lot because it is one of our favorite restaurants and we've celebrated many occasions with Prime. Well worth the money!!!
