Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, along with the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Whether your needs require anything from a waterfront elegant four course dinner to a casual Dockside cocktail party, Prime has you covered. The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

It may be cold outside, but it’s heating up here at Prime. Join us January 26th through February 2nd for Long Island Restaurant Week when we’re offering an amazing $46 3-Course Dinner menu, plus an optional $25 3-Course Wine Pairing. Fall in love with Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar this Valentine's Day when we will be serving a 4-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu on Friday, February 14th (note that our regular à la carte menu will not be available) for $125 per guest plus tax and gratuity. Beverages will be available at à la carte pricing. Please view the full menu on our website. We require a Credit Card to hold your reservation. There will be a $50/pp penalty charge for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows.

Everything was great. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Staff was attentive and engaged with all of us. It’s hard with an 11 and 12 year old.

Usually the food is great but this time it was terrible. Sadly I took my friend who lives in Florida for his birthday and he barely ate because the food was either not tasty, very salty, or not cooked right. The waiter Chris was nice enough to subtract the dishes we didn’t like off the bill but very embarrassing for us to do that, we just wanted to have a good meal. The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was nice as always along with the service but the food was a huge let down.

We went to Prime for the first time for our anniversary. The service was excellent as was the food. You know it's going to be pricey going in but it was worth it. A special place for a special occasion!
