Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, like blue point oysters, little neck clams, and lobster cocktail, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, like New York style cheesecake, crème brûlée, and the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Sunday Brunch is offered weekly, with catering options also available.

Please note that reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome...allowing you the time to explore our entire property with spectacular waterfront views.

    Everything was fantastic for our anniversary lunch. Filet for $75 seemed a bit expensive for the cut but was cooked great. Service phenomenal

    My friends love Prime and we love seeing Jimmy. He tries to give us our favorite table and we always have a great meal and lots of fun!

    Went there to celebrate my fiancée birthday as I noted in the reservation but no one from the restaurant acknowledged it. Food was delicious, but I was disappointed with the lack of acknowledgement.

    We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant boasts stunning waterfront views, which provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal. Whether you’re there for a special occasion or a casual night out, the ambiance is both elegant and relaxing. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. As for the food – simply outstanding. Our dishes were beautifully presented. The seafood was fresh and expertly prepared, while the steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. What truly sets Prime apart is their attention to detail, from the quality of ingredients to the impeccable service. It’s clear they take pride in providing an elevated dining experience. I highly recommend Prime Stamford for anyone looking for top-notch cuisine in a welcoming, upscale setting. I can’t wait to return!

    We had a great meal our steaks were cooked perfectly and they were delicious! Our server Gabby was wonderful also ! We celebrated our birthdays and had a great time

    I was very disappointed in the service and the food at Prime. Generally, I go to Capital Grille when I want a good steak and now I know why. The service was spotty at best. Polite when they did come over, but couldn’t find them throughout the mail. The filet was tasteless and dry.
