Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, like blue point oysters, little neck clams, and lobster cocktail, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, like New York style cheesecake, crème brûlée, and the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Sunday Brunch is offered weekly, with catering options also available.

Please note that reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome...allowing you the time to explore our entire property with spectacular waterfront views.

    Beautiful restaurant and amazing service. Valentine’s Day menu had a lot of nice options and everything tasted great. Good food and cocktails, we had a nice night.

    Got my steak done to exact specifications. Excellent attention to detail. It's all about the food - I ignore everything else so perhaps other reviews describe the peripherals better. Some of the tables for two could be farther from each other - I would not want to overhear a private conversation - luckily the boring people sat farther away.

    Prime restaurant is our go-to spot all year round every week because it consistently delivers exceptional food and service. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, making it ideal for a relaxing evening together. We love how the menu always offers a mix of classics and creative seasonal dishes, keeping every visit exciting. The amazing manager and extremely attentive staff always welcome us by our first names ensuring our experience always feels special. Highly recommend!

    Staff was attentive and food was delicious. Cocktails were well made. We had the porterhouse for 2, oysters, whipped potatoes, spinach, and a crème brûlée. All were great

    Only reason 4 stars on food due to ordered burger med-well and got it med-rare. If I send it back, what does my guest do w/his salmon? That one issue aside, it is a top-shelf experience. and would definitely return.
