Wonderful Christmas Eve meal. It was a Tuesday so the crooner was singing. Liked the fact that it was not overly loud. You could actually carry on a conversation. The food was excellent and the ambience was very old school steakhouse feel.

The drinks, food and service were amazing. We arrived early to enjoy a drink at the bar. The bartenders were very attentive and their drinks were on par. Once seated at the table, the server was great. One order was not correct when served but the staff immediately remedied. The only fault that I could list for the evening is the music. We went specifically to enjoy the Frank Sinatra music but it couldn’t be heard from our part of the restaurant. We had never been to Prime and were unaware of the setup. It would be nice to have speakers throughout so all patrons can enjoy the singer!

I really want to like this place but the food is just never that good. I love the idea of a 3 course meal but the meat is not good quality. I ended up ordering the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken (as I didn’t love my steak the visit before) and a chicken fried steak with flavorless noodles came out. I took 3 bites and left it. It was poorly seasoned and just overall not a good meal. My mom’s filet needed a saw to cut through. I hate leaving poor reviews. The service and entertainment were nice and the ambiance is good so it has that!

Service was great but the I don’t think the steak were prime meats. I got the surf and turf ribeye. It was very tough and they swapped it out for a filet mignon that too wasn’t tender like Ruth’s Chris or other steak house that serves prime meats. I’ve had better steak at Cheesecake Factory for less than half the price.

The food and ambiance at this restaurant are truly outstanding! Every dish is thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor, making each visit a delightful experience. I was a bit disappointed with our recent visit to this restaurant. We’ve dined here before and always enjoyed amazing service, food, and drinks, leaving satisfied each time. Unfortunately, this time was different. Perhaps it was because it was a Monday, but the drinks were just okay. The server’s assistant accidentally spilled sauce on my friend’s lap and didn’t even apologize. The mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts were burnt, and when we asked if they could be remade, the server simply replied, ‘That’s how they are.’ While I know they’re meant to be roasted,they were overcooked to the point of being almost inedible. I’ve never seen such burnt mac and cheese before. We all ordered the filet mignon, and it, too, was burnt—so much so that my friends couldn’t even eat theirs.
