Provision is a Craft Cocktail bar in the heart of Castle Rock. We have approximately 25-30 cocktails on the menu, and over 160 classics in our black book. Come check out our cozy, vibey new space and join us for exceptionally crafted cocktails and light bites. We’re now taking reservations Wed – Saturday starting at 4:00pm. We can't wait to welcome you to Provision, Castle Rock’s newest evening destination.

                                                                                                                          Provision Castle Rock has a dark, speak-easy vibe, that’s a great place to start a night out! Their creative craft cocktail menu has so many fantastic drinks - we’ve been back repeatedly and tried different drinks each time. Their limited food menu is perfectly paired with the drinks and atmosphere. We love the Bacon Wrapped Dates and the Charcuterie board. We highly recommend Provision!

                                                                                                                          Very limited menu, think fancy bar food. We shared the charcuterie board, salad, and the short rib grilled cheese. All of which were fantastic. Sitting at the bar is actually great because the drinks are all so interesting and fun to watch being crafted. Drinks are pretty expensive but worth it if you like hand crafted cocktails. Friendly staff.
