Provision is a Craft Cocktail bar in the heart of Castle Rock. We have approximately 25-30 cocktails on the menu, and over 160 classics in our black book. Come check out our cozy, vibey new space and join us for exceptionally crafted cocktails and light bites. We’re now taking reservations Wed – Saturday starting at 4:00pm.     Happy New Year! Join us for an evening of spirits and celebration as we ring in 2025 together. Provision will be hosting a classy and festive New Years Eve party in style as only our #wingedculture can. This event will be a classy affair with everyone dressed to impress so break out your fanciest outfit and lets celebrate in style. Each ticket will include custom passed elevated hors d’oeuvres and champagne. We will celebrate the New Years at midnight MST with a toast. Our full cocktail and food menus will also be available for purchase. Join us December 31st at 8pm -1am to close out 2024 in style. Tickets are $35 per person. Walk-ins will be welcome if space allows after reservations have been seated so reserve your spot now!

                                                                                                                          Probably okay place for a drink if you live in Castle Rock or leaving the Outlet Mall. Service was very slow and if you eat at other than the bar you have to eat from a mini stand or your lap. Need more food choices in my opinion. The wine list needs more selections. Not for me. My wife liked it after I say all this, so it has a select audience.

                                                                                                                          we normally love this place but last night we waited over 30 min to get our drinks after we ordered and the drinks we normally get seemed to have changed and weren’t as good. Service was not good last night.

                                                                                                                          The drinks were very tasty and good..strong too. The Bacon wrapped dates definitely! We had the Cheeseburger and the grilled cheese. Very good flavors, but given the style of the place, they should have been sliders or cut into quarters, I think. Overall, very nice date night.

Top shelf liquor make the classics taste like they supposed to taste and their other imaginative creative recipes make you want to try them all. The cool atmosphere, great music, and attentive service is top notch.

They have an extensive selection available especially of hard to find liquors. If you have a larger group try calling and getting a reservation for the “speak easy” room, it tends to book up well in advance but if you can get in and want an unforgettable night it’s well worth it.
