The bartender was absolutely fabulous & took great care of us! The Old fashioned was one of the best I’ve had! I’d highly recommend checking it out.

The music was so loud we could barely have a conversation. We gave the waitress our order and asked questions tried getting suggestions and then she still brought out the wrong drink then tried saying we ordered the wrong drink then she said oh ya…I put in the wrong drink let me get you what you ordered…

Awesome service with the best Negroni I’ve ever drank in a very cosy atmosphere // I’d travel to Kansas City again just to be able visiting the P.S. again

The atmosphere was fantastic such a good vibe. Love the Jazz band, they were so good. Only issue was it was Florida Summer hot!!

Not the experience I planned for my friends and I. After having visited there a couple years ago I told the story of how you need a password and then they let you in a secret wall door. Upon arrival the front desk had been moved, the guy at the desk informed us we had to take the elevator that the stairway was locked. When I ordered my drink once downstairs I specifically asked for a short glass. When I received my drink in a tall glass I stated that was not what I ordered. They then took my drink and dumped it into a short and brought it back. The server never came back to check on us until we were about to leave. When leaving we get up to the desk level and notice the valet is escorting people down the very stairway we had asked to do upon our arrival. When we confronted the guy at the desk he remained silent and would not even make eye contact when we asked. We then spoke to the valets who were more than happy to chat. They said the guys at the front did not want to walk over and let us in. That is why he told us to ride the elevator. VERY disappointed in this service so they got 3 out of 5. There is room for improvement. PS1931 is a cool place, but they need to remember that people go there for the experience and to have that you must provide EXCELLENT service.
