Located in Downtown Summerlin on the second floor in the Dining Arroyo, Public School is a fun, school-themed gastropub that features a wide selection of local craft beers, classic drafts and craft cocktails. PS delivers "An Education in the Art of Food & Beer." We offer a chef-driven menu that is made from scratch using only the freshest quality ingredients. "Recess" (aka Happy Hour) is held Monday through Friday from 3pm-6pm. Brunch is in session every Saturday and Sunday until 3pm.

Great food and experience. We came here 2 years ago and it was our first Vegas restaurant. Last nite was nostalgic and sentimental.

Cool idea for a restaurant. Fun and unique but the food was really really bad… and we aren’t that picky! My kids wouldn’t even eat their meals because of the lack of flavor etc.

Service was kinda slow and we had no tableware for 15 minutes and arrived after our food. The server was nice but we'll probably not return.

Been here twice. Got dirty dishes, twice first time a dirty fork with food stuck on it. And the second time a dirty plate with food stuck on it. Daughter ordered a hamburger well done. It came out more pink than my wife’s burger that ordered medium. Fries were soggy and undercooked. Waitress disappears for long periods of time. I tried to give this place a chance .. left disappointed and overpaid, twice

I am so sorry you had this experience with us. Dirty dishes are absolutely not acceptable an will be addressed at once! Thank you for the time to write the review and let us know! We have also recently launched a fabulous new menu- We hope you give us another try in the future to see how we have improved :)

We’ve dined here before and always had a great experience! Unfortunately this time on Fathers Day it was the exact opposite. Service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn’t very crowded. My husband’s burger came out ice cold and my wrap was very tiny and lacked flavor. Very disappointed on this special day for my husband.

Terrible food, service was horrendous and food took a hour to just get a salad. The manager was walking around drinking her Stanley complaining about the kitchen taking to long, I should have walked out at that point.

Thank you for your honest review. The experience you had with us is not how we do business and my sincerest apologies you had such a negative time dining with us. We treat all of our guests as family and we believe open communication is imperative. Our management team makes sure all of our guest know when we have unexpected high volumes of guests traffic and the food may take a while to get to the table. We value our guests time and want to be transparent if they may wait longer then usual. We do make sure that all our team members have immediate access to water during the blistering summer heat, so thank you for letting us know the team is taken care of and staying hydrated. We have been diligently working on creating new game plans when we fill up our large establishment unexpectedly. We hope you give us a try again in the future and see how we have improved :)

The fish tacos I ordered were way to fishy. Fish was old. Ate one and didn't eat the rest. Chicken wings were good. Pizza was ok too. Drinks were good. Definitely my least favorite restaurant in DT Summerlin

We went for Happy Hour and the waiter did mention to us that it was happy hour. He was very good and checked in with us quite frequently to make sure we were fine. I had the Carnita tacos. My friend had the nachos. The tacos were very small but tasty. I suggest getting at least four of them. The nachos were good as well. My friend said she was surprised they charged $8 extra for the meat. She didn't like that. She said the meat should have come with the nachos, and it was not mentioned by the waiter that the meat was extra. The visit was good. They changed the happy hour since I had last. I would go there again.

We ordered the burgers, fries, chicken wrap and mac and cheese. The burgers were burnt and dried out. They were not very tasty and honestly awful. They had no flavor, were not juicy and delicious! It appears that the kitchen cooks a lot of burgers prior and whenever they get an order for burgers, put on cheese and reheat them. There were no condiments on them. The Mac and Cheese it was cold and also didn’t have any flavor. The chicken wrap was bland. I did not enjoy my eating experience here! Beware the food lacks any substance!!
