The brunch food was ok. No one from the 6 people that ate, enjoyed their food. Our server was not super attentive, and it wasn’t busy. We did have fun bowling.

We had a large party with separate checks and our waitress was great. I definitely recommend for large groups.

We made a reservation at 7:45. When we got there, they didn’t have a table for us. Ended up seating us (8ppl) at a booth made for 5 ppl tops. The food was not that great and took forever to arrive. We had to wait long for everything. I will not be returning.

The place is very aesthetically and recreationally pleasing. The food was good and the punch bowls were delicious. However, the staff were not at all attentive. Constantly had to request service and no information was provided on how to go about engaging in activities or taking full advantage of the experience as first time customers. Will likely not return to this location.

Horrendous experience. My wife and I didn’t even bother staying because the service was just so bad and disrespectful. We didn’t even bother to order anything.

Had a great time celebrating a special birthday! Great good, excellent service!! The music mix was a bit interesting but nothing to complain about. Can't wait to visit again

I arranged a company event at this location. The service and food were excellent, and the cost of food and drink was reasonable. Everyone enjoyed the location and its activities. I highly recommend it for a large gathering.

Bad service. Food took 2 hours to come out then orders were wrong multiple times. Stolen birthday card then was basically told it was never there after looking at cameras. Still charged for incorrect orders after being told I would not be charged. Still waiting on supposed refund. Had to drive back to the facility because my card was charged 3 times for 3 different amounts then my boyfriends card was also charged for a reason unknown to me since I was the one paying as a birthday gift. The whole night was a mess. I tried to understand but enough is enough.

Worst food ever. Literally told me that I couldn’t have fried onions on a burger, who doesn’t put onions on a burger.. The burger was dry and flavorless. The games weren’t that fun and hogged by other guests. Definitely not coming back.

The food was quite delicious . Everything tasted great. There are really fun, wholesome games that keep you in the fun lane.You may want to walk around on each floor to see what there is to experience. (they may want to do some maintenance on the skee balls on the second floor because they did not work correctly.) we had a great time regardless. Will come back. Thank you. 😁
