   Terrible experience! I booked this place for my company’s group social event. But even though reservations were made online and multiple phone calls, our reservations were still all messed up once we arrived. The people I booked the lanes with on the phone guaranteed me two lanes from 4 PM to 5 PM. The agreement I had made was not told to the person issuing out the bowling lanes. It took 15 minutes to try to figure out the problem, even had to get the manager involved. After the issue was finally resolved, we only got 35 minutes of bowling time, but we’re charged for an hour. Also, one of the lane’s electronics wasn’t working properly. Needed to have somebody type in our names which took more time. I was so embarrassed in front of all of my colleagues and my bosses that this happened.

   I really wanted to like this place. It is a really neat concept. The food was mediocre at best. Our servicer was nice but either was new or maybe just not strong (not paying attention, didn’t clear plates, etc.). They had parties there and were blocking the arcade for them, which is a huge reason we went - celebrating younger birthday. I made a reservation and it asked me the occasion, I put in birthday and there wasn’t even an acknowledgment of it. Not sure why it would ask if they went going to reference. Unlikely that I will be back.

   This was my first time attending. I went with my daughters. We had the legit nachos (guac on side), Cajun skillet, strawberry pancakes with whipped cream, kale ceasar salad, salmon, and pretzel bites. We wanted to try different things. All the food was good, but our favorites would have to be the legit nachos, kale salad, salmon, and strawberry pancakes.

   Food was ok. We came during the day with teens. They didn’t really want to play the games, and we were ok with that . $80 for 4 people to bowl would have been more than it was worth. Might be fun to go to at night, but wouldn’t go again during the day. Burger and fries were good, but not so amazing I would go back for them.

    Delicious food and they have a few special drinks for dry January that are non alcoholic which was awesome to see. Our server was fantastic I wish I remembered their name!
