   We made several large reservations for our group and while we received an email in advance that some games would not be available, we were not told that the entire downstairs would be blocked. That was fine, but the staff seemed incredibly off-put that we were even there to begin with. I understand that we were 2 large parties and a small party and we wanted to sit near each other, but the staff told us that wasn't possible and then accommodated us after it turned out that their plan to split up the groups wasn't even feasible. They made it challenging for us to pay separately (to the point where they told us initially they would only accept 4 credit cards because it was just too much of a pain for them). We received incorrect orders and treatment from the staff that was sub standard. I would not recommend this place unless you have a corporate event with them.

   We spent the extended Presidents’ Day weekend in Austin. Found out about Punch Bowl Social after googling family friendly places for dinner. It was a short 3 min walk from our nearby hotel. We made a reservation for 9:15 and headed over. Planning to eat dinner play a few games and then call it a night. We arrived closer to 9 and to our surprise we were carded for our ID’s when we walked in. We found that weird and I’m like, well we obviously don’t have an ID for my child… he let us know we would have to leave before “like 10”. So we ended up just grabbing dinner… since we weren’t going to have enough time for games. The food was nothing spectacular. Overall, the website made this place seem much more vibrant and fun. The place was kinda dead. There’s was a group in the karaoke room and one other group at a larger table. A slight disappointment.

   Fantastic Sunday brunch experience! The food was amazing and we bowled for an hour. Highly recommend!

   Hostess refused to seat us in the bar. Sat us in a section that was not being served. Waited 20 minutes, no one approached us for anything. The hostess then sat at her station playing on her phone. Got up and left, walked by the hostess who didn’t even notice since she was buried in her phone.

   Came in with a party of 10 and our server was so attentive and sweet! The games were so much fun and the food was great!

   Tables were sticky and the food was not good. We got nachos but mostly a big plate of stale chips. Waitress was nice but I think she had too many tables.

   Decent place for a group gathering. Food and drinks are good, service not as much. We had issues from the beginning -- we'd booked a table for 12 + a highchair, and selected standard seating (vs. bar or high top) since we had a toddler with us. Got there and they tried to put us at two long high top tables next to the bar -- the high chair would've been two feet below the table top. After some pressure, they moved us. Server was nice, but not super attentive -- he missed the opportunity to sell more drinks because he didn't ask. It turns out there was a large private party in the game area downstairs and no one else was allowed down there until 1.5 hours after we arrived. Having access to both food and some fun things to do is why we booked for a large, mixed-age family group in the first place, so that wasn't ideal. The bartender downstairs was a complete jerk and not helpful AT ALL with getting us set up for bowling -- he made it clear that every question or request was an inconvenience for him. Another gentleman did end up helping and was very nice. Overall, it was a decent, but not great, experience. The Domain location is much nicer and a way better layout (all on one level), but we didn't want to go that far north. I would not likely book at this location again.

   A nice breakfast. Not what I expected for Sunday brunch. Place was virtually empty at noon.

   The food was good. It smelled pretty bad in the restaurant and there were private events going on, they sat us right next to the party even though there were tons of other empty tables- soooo awkward.

    Venue looked incredible, we were looking for interactive games for a bachelorette party but it was oddly quiet for noon on a Sunday!! Food was absolutely delicious service was a little slow but over all great for big parties
