Totally overwhelmed on game night. We had a 5:00 reservation for 5 people. Our food took 1:20 to arrive. Place was completely overwhelmed by game day crowd. Our server was so stressed and completely overhelmed. Manager gave us a $50 gift card and everyone was apologetic. I don’t think we will do Punch Bowl on a game night again since they kind of exist for game days but from word 1 they expressed how their kitchen bar get totally overwhelmed. Good scene, just don’t go for food or drink if you have less than a full 2 hours.

Menu selection was very limited with only 5 entrees to choose from. Service was slow and our food all came out at different times leaving more than half of our party watching others eat. One appetizer came out after our entrees were served and drinks after we paid the check.

It was a great evening, food was fabulous, our server Ashley was outstanding! She was super busy, but made sure we were taken care of!

Understaffed, waited forever for someone to come to our table the first time and every time thereafter. Requested napkins, never received. Never got water. My daughter’s meal came out when everyone else was finished. Not going back.

Service was great. Apparently the menu needs some work. Could not order from full menu, told a change in cooks. Disappointed that only a few items were available, and definitely not healthy.

Lots to do for the kids before heading into the Kings game. The food was not good. The food took a very long time to come to the table and for a table of 8. Two entrees arrived before the drinks, appetizers arrived after the first 6 entrees arrived at table, and last two meals came after the rest of the party had finished dinner. The staff was overwhelmed and blamed it on the game, but given the restaurant's location in DOCO, game nights are frequent and predictable.

Punch Bowl has a good vibe, but they didn’t seem prepared for a crowd an hour before a Sacramento Kings game. We were seated immediately, but no one came to our table to greet us for 20 minutes. The food came quickly, but it was not very good. Nacho’s were soggy and boneless breaded wings tasted like burnt fryer oil. Wyatt was our server and was good. The delays and bad food were not his fault.

We showed up for Our 4pm reservation. It was 425 before we were able to get the hostess attention to get us a server after sitting for 25 min with no contact. Rita our server was the only plus of our experience. Our food came out over a span of 35 min. Most of our table was done eating as some sat with no food. One person never got their food and after 1.5 hours being there we just asked for it to go. Very disappointed as we have always had incredible experiences and were taking our whole family there for their first visit.
