This is the first time where my friends and I have been treated poorly. We are amount the younger crowd, but we still are willing to spend some money. Last night we were treated as if we were just going to get some drinks and post an insta story, when that was certainly not the case. We checked in for our 5:45 reservation, and wasn’t seated until 6:10. The restaurant was not packed, in fact people who had checked in after us were seated almost immediately. The hostess was rude, and unapologetic for the delay. Finally when we sat at our table, we were seated at a table below our knees, and were extremely uncomfortable. We asked to be moved to another regular table that was near by, but the hostess claimed that those tables had been reserved (they remained empty the entire evening). Our server was nice, however forgot some of our appetizers. The food was amazing, I just found the situation to be frustrating.

Great experience! We went for our first anniversary and had a great time. I could not have chosen a better place in Phoenix to go.

First time dining at Pyro (stopped for appies a few months ago). Beautiful resto with great ambiance. Service impeccable. Shared the tuna tartare, Gyoza, spicy salmon roll and short rib skewers. All were fantastic and delicious. My daughter had the rice bowl for her main and my wife and I shared the scallops which were perfectly prepared. Green bean side was also very good. If you like old fashioneds, I highly recommend that you try Pyro’s take on this classic cocktail. The espresso martini is also wonderful. Awesome dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Jake was the most attentive server, really made our dining experience something special. Food was amazing! Get the ribeye and get all of the starters!!!! One of my new favorite places!!!

There were 4 of us in our party and we all enjoyed the total dining experience! The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. We all agreed that we'd return to Pyro soon! Delicious and delightful!

Anther great experience. Food is incredible and very creative. It was a busy night so service wasn't perfect. Staff tend to be well trained.

Wonderful place for any kind of special occasion dinner or just to treat yourself! We had company in town and took them there and they loved it! Do not sleep on the crab pasta or the matcha espresso martinis! A beautiful space with tremendous staff and food to support it!
