                                                                      Lamb was amazing. Stew just average- overall selection seemed limited? Everything Zi ate was quite good and space very very comfortable. I did miss cocktails however!

                                                                      Very small and beautifully decorated. It was very loud in there, but the ambiance otherwise was great. Food was great and beautifully presented. They apologized for the service as they are short staffed. You definitely need a reservation or you may have a very long wait.

                                                                      food was cold and service was poor. We had reservation and arrived right on time. We had to wait 5 -10 minutes for seating, seemed understaffed. The we sat for another 15 minutes till somebody served us water. Finally after more wait we ordered. The food came on time, but the lamb special for the day was not hot, it seemed to have been microwaved . We barely finished the food and left very unsatisfied

                                                                      Very nice ambiance but the servers didn’t seem very interested in our table even though the restaurant was empty and the food was alright but not stellar. The saffron tea was excellent though!

                                                                      Small seating area. We had a toddler with us but they are very accommodating. Lamb shank and pistachio cheesecake - fantastic!

                                                                      The mezza platter was excellent. Queen's Champagne and the Lemon-Mint drinks were good. the lamb shank and roasted chicken were very good. The restaurant was great. Would go again.

                                                                      Had a wonderful meal at Queen Mama’s Kitchen. It is such a cute place! We started with the Mezza Platter. I think if I had to point out a weakness it might have been the pita but the eggplant fatta, grape leaves, and tabouleh were delish. We had the roast chicken and the Lamb Stew. The rice pilaf, perfectly cooked and the lamb was super tender and flavorful. The chicken came with a simple tomato sauce that was delicious. The lamb is served over bread that absorbs all the flavors and sauce and takes on this silky texture-so good. We of course finished with the cheesecake, although the ice cream sundae looked enticing too. This is a gem of a restaurant located in a Downtown that like so many other city dt areas is still finding its way back. The restaurant is right next to the Midtown Beer Garden which I also highly recommend for lunch. Plenty of parking on the street. Service was friendly, very nice. Highly recommend!
