Quince is an upscale casual, indoor/outdoor restaurant where all demographics and generations come together and enjoy a dining experience beyond normal expectations. we like the view and the ambiance of the place. However, A few happy hour deals were not applied to our final bill.

Service was great. There was a DJ, and he was playing good music, but it was quite loud, which made all the guests talk loud, so it was a bit overstimulating to have a meal and catch up with a friend. The food wasn’t the greatest, but the intent was there. We paid $200 for 3 small appetizers and 4 glasses of wine. Seems way overpriced to me. I could have gone to a nicer restaurant downtown and had an entree for those prices.

Better environment for the summer. The food was good but didn’t make up for the loud environment. I think our server may have been new. My drink order was wrong but I didn’t want to contradict him. We likely won’t go back until the summer.

The food was good. The service was quite off. We ordered 4 drinks - it took about 15 mins for 3 drinks, and only 2 minutes of 1 drink. Two of us got our food 20 mins before the other two got theirs. We were long done with our food when the other two friends just got their food. Our waiter seemed to be either distracted or nowhere to be found. We ended up paying our bill to a waiter serving a different section - that one was always there making sure the guests were good.

I took my girlfriend there for her birthday, she had requested the location so it had to be a hit. Quince did not disappoint. The predinner drinks were great and the appetizer was delicious. The meal was amazing, it was a complicated order but came out perfect. The dessert was delicious and they even brought her out a personal dessert with a candle for her birthday. I would recommend this place to everyone for a special occasion or just Friday night dinner.

BAIT & SWITCH! BEWARE & AVOID! Especially for important occasions. We booked a reservation for Waterside dining, but when we arrived, we were told there were no waterside tables were available. The waterside dining area was only about 1/4 full. Then we found out they were suddenly not serving their full menu, instead they were serving a very limited menu with less than 5 entree options. None of this was stated when booking our reservation on an important night. The GM, Chris, was very rude and did not offer any concessions, in fact he was combative. He has only been the GM for about 3 months which explains the lack or professionalism and reliability as we have been here before with great experiences. We will not be returning. My recommendation: enjoy the water views from Mozart’s next door, then enjoy better service, food, atmosphere, and prices at Salt Traders about 10 minutes away.
