Welcome to Rafael's Restaurant in Historic downtown Westminster, Maryland - a unique casual dining experience in a charming romantic atmosphere. Rafael's great menu is available for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The full menu is available for dining in, carry out or enjoying on the large deck in the back of the restaurant. Lunch delivery is now available in the local Westminster area between the hours of 11:30am - 3:00pm. Make sure to print a copy of our menu for your office and let us bring your lunch to you.

Our experience was great! Staff is amazing and food was delicious. Only thing I wish was different is that they had their regular menu on Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu which was good but only 2 choices under $30 and you could only order from the special menu. Food was still delicious as always!!

Spent Valentines dinner at this downtown Westminster delight and had a wonderful time. My wife and I have lived in Westminster for four years and have never tried Rafael’s and were wonderfully surprised. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. The tables provided plenty of room for the three of us and the tables were decorated nicely with tablecloths. For such a busy night the waitress was very attentive provided exceptional service. The food was delicious and for me one of the best deals in town. I recommend the prime rib! We will be back soon!

We booked online via OpenTable and received a confirmation, however the hostess was not given the information, and did not have it in her logbook. Fortunately, there were tables available. The food and the service were great. Definitely will visit again.

We had reservations to meet our friends for dinner. We were seated in the bar. We questioned why we were not seated in the dining room and were told there was a private party in the dining room. The bar was extremely noisy and we would not be able to talk above the noise. So we left. Would not have made reservations to sit in the bar. Think Rafels should have called us to tell us the dining room was booked

The food quality is good. The speed of service was horrendous. We were sat at 530pm and finally out at 7:15. There was three of us and we ordered three cold sandwiches.

Have eaten there a number of times and have always found things very nice if a little pricey. Have even given gift certificates for Xmas. Lunch menu lacked anything of interest. Had to have a burger. It was made with meat loaf mix and I couldn't finish it. Was seated in the bar and was noisy. Waitress was attentive but soup, salad and a burger took a long time to come. Will probably not go back.
