    We arrived and had to rush dinner to get to our next event and the staff was so understanding and accommodating. They made it a memorable experience for my daughter’s birthday with friends. Would definitely recommend!!

    Loved it, especially the food. We have visited many rainforest cafe’s around the world and this was our third to the Las Vegas edition. Ordered the chicken fajitas and taco salad with chicken between us. Both dishes excellent. Service also very good.

    Food was ok. Exactly what you'd expect. The service was just so slow. We sat for over 15 minutes without being greeted. Maybe the server was just busy when we were sat? Nope, I saw the same wait time for tables seated after our group. After our drink order was placed we waited another long stretch of time. The server was very nice and would bring anything we would request. Just very very slow.

    As ever, the joy at Rainforest cafe is in the faux jungle setting. The trees and vines, the animatronics, the “thunderstorm”. There’s rest of it - the hard,scuffed floor, slightly rickety chairs and hard surfaced tables that always feel sticky are pretty low rent. There’s a reasonably wide range on the menu so something for almost everyone, but the quality is mediocre. Service from the host was lovely, but our server really seemed to be phoning it in. Kids love it - take them.
