    Kitchen didn’t put our order in. Food took an hour and we weren’t comped for anything. Not a great experience.

    It was wonderful! We got sat right away at a beautiful table looking at a fish tank and a great view of the whole room! Food was fantastic and our waitress was great and attentive. What else could you ask for nowadays? Thanks!

    The food was bland and cold and our 4 meals came out separately from each other. The burger was great and everything else was cold. Refills were hard to come by. We went for my daughter’s 9th birthday and she really wanted Happy Birthday sung to her. So I clicked that we’re celebrating a birthday on open table, let the host know when they sat us, and let the server know when she first came to the table. Our check arrived with no Happy Birthday song so I reminded her again. She came back 15 minutes later and said “is there something else you need?”. I reminded her yet again about my daughter’s birthday and they finally came another 10 minutes later. The ambience is great but the food and service make me not want to come back again.

    We waited 30 minutes after our reservation for our table to be ready and an additional 35 minutes before we were able to get our order in. Staff members were not knowledgeable about their own promotions. Staff members were rude and felt rushed. Our appetizer came at the same time as our meal. One member of our party did not receive their order until about ten minutes after all others. The meal was decent but not as good as other restaurants for the same price.

    The service, considering the crowds, was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating. Food was good and very fairly priced. Great place for kids of all ages. Would highly recommend!
