    We arrived at Rainforest Cafe at 5:00 for our 5:30 reservation. Restaurant was virtually empty so they were able to seat us. Server showed up fairly promptly. We ordered drinks. We we seated with our two grand daughters 3&7 years. Food order was take. Right after drinks arrived. It took an hour for food to arrive and adults food arrived before the kids who were over hungry and tired. For the price the food was disappointing. My husband ordered steak medium rare and it was well done. Kids chicken fingers were rock hard overcooked. Coconut shrimp was mushy. Ambiance was great but service slow and food quality quite terrible.

    Some crying babies, but it happens! Kind of wish the mall noise was drown out a little more. Didn’t ruin the experience however!

    Annie was a great server! Both her and the manager on duty confirmed my son’s allergies prior to preparing is meal. Everything was fresh and delicious and I appreciate the staff singing happy birthday to my little guy! Would dine again! The Pastalya was absolutely delicious!

    A bit pricey, but just know that going into it. Great variety and good food. Great service (we were a party of 8). I'm glad they are still in business. 5 of the young men at the table GREW UP loving, going to, and buying items from Rain Forest Cafe. They had and reminisced about old memories. Listening to them talk about those memories was priceless and memorable :) The gift shop is STILL SUPERB!! Please don't ever close this location.

    We had another wonderful experience at the Rainforest Cafe. The family enjoyed the food, drinks, and ambiance. This is a great birthday dinner location for a teen!

    Food came out cold and was just ok. The menu is big and there’s a lot of options. Great place for kids. Our server was nice. We had a good time but I think if the food was a bit better, we would have had an even better experience

    We really enjoyed our dinner as well as our server. The salmon was outstanding and the prices were really reasonable for thw eblntrees and drinks. Will be back.
