                                                      My wife and I had the 3-course dinner for $79.99 each. She had the petite beef wellington and I had the crispy skin salmon, both were delicious, and considering this was in Las Vegas, the price was great. The service was quick and excellent. We would recommend giving them a try if in Las Vegas.

                                                      Food was outstanding but the service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes+ to even see the waitress because she was stuck with a party of 20 drunk, loud and obnoxious people. When our order was finally placed, we waited forever for drinks and then the first course, etc. Total time in house was 3.5 hours, the longest time I've ever had to get through a meal without it being just good conversation. Surprising for a Ramsay restaurant who prides himself on prompt service. In reflection, we never had a visit from the manager checking in on our experience especially with the large noisy crowd. I understand it's Vegas and they get thrown curve balls but they need to adapt and not throw other customers under the bus for large parties of drunk people.

                                                      Excellent waiter and server assistant. My wife and I could tell that they both enjoyed their work and believed in providing an excellent dining experience. From the opening salad, scallops and beef Wellington the food was as good as expected for an Ironman chef like Mr Ramsey. Dessert was the recommended Sticky Toffee Pudding and I didn’t plan on eating all of it but couldn’t resist!

                                                      Amazing experience and food. I proposed to my girlfriend after dinner. The whole staff was in on it and videoed and took pictures for me. It was great!
