Rushed service with shockingly small entree portions that would have been small even for an appetizer. We left hungry and went to another Naperville restaurant afterwards to eat at their bar. Gordon Ramsay, what a shame.

I was there a year ago everything was awesome Last night I went back for my anniversary I was happy with the food the potato soup best soup I’ve had. The service was terrible 1st the waitress Didn’t even know that we haven’t eaten our food since we didn’t get it yet. Then I payed for 2 pieces of cheese cake to go I didn’t realize that they only gave me 1 but charged me for 2 so I payed $28 for a tiny piece. I’m really upset with the service last night. Not sure I would go back after this experience.

Desserts were placed in front of the four of us while I was still eating my entree. My companions all waited until I finished eating. It was awkward and very uncomfortable for us. We were not taking a long to enjoy our meal. I think the 4 of us were there a little over an hour, but we felt we were being rushed out and didn't understand why.

First time here today, 1/23/24, very happy overall, but could Mr. Ramsey increase the size of the cheese cake. WOW!

Date night was great, and it was due to Nico and the team's service (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly). This was our second time visiting the restaurant, and the first time the food was excellent. This time, we tried the Naperville Restaurant Week prix-fixe menu, which was equally as delicious as it was when we tried food from the regular menu. Great job everyone!

We ordered the Beef Wellington price fixe meals and found it to be excellent. Service was prompt and courteous.

We were at Ramseys for our wedding anniversary. Everything was absolute perfection. From interior design, London/UK vibes to the food and service.

Food was very good. We always enjoy restaurant week. Beef Wellington very good. Restaurant was not full and had reservation but sat toward back third of restaurant. Minus 2 outside. Every time someone came in through back door got colder. Couldn’t enjoy experience because it was cold throughout meal. Food great - but felt chilled throughout meal. Temp where we were sitting was probably around 64. Could feel cold,on legs throughout. Would recommend for food.
