Join us Thursday, January 30th at Ramsay’s Kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis as we host an exclusive wine dinner in partnership with the award-winning Napa Valley-based Merryvale Vineyards. The five-course menu will feature signature Gordon Ramsay favourites, such as Pan Seared Scallops and Beef Wellington, each expertly paired with a different Merryvale Vineyards wine by Advanced Sommelier Anthony Geary. The dinner starts at 6:30pm. USD 150/person, plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, reservations are required through Open Table. A member of the Ramsay's Kitchen team will contact all reservations to securely get credit card information, which is required when confirming a reservation. Guests can cancel up until 72 hours prior.

I have gone for lunch, but I was in awe at the way the atmosphere shifted at night. Very much a day and night effect, it was like experiencing it for the first time. Staff were attentive, warm welcoming and knowledgeable. The food (sticky cauliflower, risotto, scallops, cheesecake) were cooked to perfection and the drinks (Pink Flamingo and Salted Caramel Espresso Martini) were delicious! The cherry on top was being able to see my college bestfriend I hadn’t seen for years blow out her birthday candle with a tasty brownie/ice cream!

I’ve been Twice this year already. Highly recommend. The service is top notch, the food is curated well and the taste, quality and flavors are consistent. I spent 20 years in NYC, and I’ve tried the best of the best. My mom enjoyed it, she says, “When are we going back to Hellz kitchen?” I also went with a 4 year old that had a great experience.

Food was amazing! Service was impeccable! The restaurant has a swanky vibe. A bit noisy, but overall, a wonderful experience.

Absolutely wonderful staff, delicious food and drinks. Worth every penny for the experience! The mushroom risotto is a must!!

Service was off the charts. Lobster tail was a bit on the small side, but lots of flavor.

What an amazing view. Was nervous about location, but felt safe entire time. Great cocktails menu, I had the riff on pisco sour. Husband had cognac old fashioned with cinnamon—- both hit the mark. The pan of biscuits was beautiful. Just enough truffle in the risotto as to not overwhelm, but get umami. Husband fish and chips in honor of GR. he figured if putting in menu would be steps above local pub and it was. We will be back

I took my mom for her bday the filet mignon was amazing and the fish and chips the appetizer sticky cauliflower was also good. They made her bday feel special.

The overall experience was great. I was not happy with my portion size nor cocktail. However after the 1st bite of food i was satisfied. I believe i just selected the wrong cocktail I ordered the beef wellington and was impressed, i only hoped i had more of it. The ambience was great with low lighting to set the mood.

The staff was very knowledgeable about menu items. Dood came out very fast and was ciijed perfectly!

Very hard to find if you park at the casino still had to wait with reservation food was okay not worth the price.
