We strive to be the most "Alaskan" restaurant in the whole state of Alaska! We do our best to support the many farmers that we are fortunate enough to call neighbors.

Our chef and his team are working hard to give locals and guests an authentic Alaskan experience, topped with an excellent meal!

We are fully Alaskan-no dress code required here. Come on out and have a local beer on our large outside patio, or play lawn games with your friends and family with beer in hand and an excellent view!

                        Went there to celebrate the end of our Alaska visit. Very pricey menu but some more reasonable options available like a burger or a salad. Husband reports burger was cooked to his liking but had a weird meatloaf texture that he did not like. I had one of their homegrown dinner salads- would have liked the salmon option on top but kind of pricey so went with the chicken, large selection of greens and a nice salad dressing and the salad was huge. Unable to finish it all. Server was very attentive. Only serve beer and wine and one member of the party was looking forward to a nice drink.

                        Excellent food, service and ambience. Good wine selection. Our server was beyond excellent. A memorable experience.

                        Beautiful views and it was not busy so we were seated early. One meal was delicious and the other so-so. Our waiter was very attentive.

                        Excellent food. Excellent service. Could use some ceiling fans for air movement and less bugs indoors. Overall was great.

                        We were on an overrnight stay and went there for dinner. My friend raved about the seafood chowder. We both had great salads and I had the flatbread. The wait staff was very pleasant and conscientious.

                        Our first time- took our friends from Switzerland to eat - 2 of which were chefs back home- we heard only great reviews about the food- but were somewhat disappointed -the rib steak was butterflied to make 2 steaks- so thin it was over cooked- seafood noodle dish - noodle over cooked mushy and the salmon was smoked and cooked or canned not fresh- bread was great- presentation on steak hanging over the top of smashed potatoes- strange- chowder had a great taste but was as thick as a pudding- Just had a level too high I guess for the price we paid

                        The location is quite beautiful and the building that houses the restaurant is modern and lovely. However, it was stiflingly hot inside with no air movement. The menu is ambitious but the chef was a no show. Our dinners were overcooked. Service was very slow, despite the fact that the restaurant has reservation service and also hosts a type of hotel service. But the restaurant had only two servers and one other individual who also saw to the hotel's guests. Moreover, several items on the smallish menu were unavailable and a couple of us had to order twice or more because the kitchen told our server that our first choice was unavailable.
