    The exceptional service provided by Dylan made our night at Rays on The River perfect. Fabulous food, drinks and service. Would give a 10 out of 10 for this visit.

    Our party of 8 was not treated to fine dining or anything close to it. Our server, Raul was over his head. From undercooked lobster tail to wrong ingredients for a halibut/crab cake special to unfilled water glasses to slow delivery of wine to lack of follow up on meals to misinforming me about credit for certain incorrect meals and not deleting it from my bill. We had it all. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory for a near $800 meal w 20% gratuity tacked on. It was nearly stressful to see the screwups that just kept happening. This meal deserves a 2 on quality and a 2 on service. I’m normally a very generous tipper. But when 20% is tacked on only because it was 8 people and the service and food quality was terrible, something is wrong. Rays was a high end restaurant at one point. No more.

    Food and experience was great. Waiter’s recommendation was yummy. Food was pricey but it was expected. It was our 34th anniversary so it was worth it.

    Very nice Thanksgiving buffet. Service was outstanding (Jess) and food was wonderful. The Green Egg brisket, prime rib, slow roasted Turkey and Faroe Island Salmon were all amazing. It was crazy busy but the service staff handled it exceptionally well.

    We always dine out for the holidays and have had all sorts of experiences, but this by far was the best. I was hesitant with the buffet style but the food was very flavorful and proper temp. We will definitely make this a regular holiday spot, in addition to the other times we go.

    We all loved the selections for dinner. Everything tasted great and was warm enough to enjoy. Small hitch was our server ( no idea how many tables he was in charge of) who got us started with beverages, came by towards the end of the meal but I wished he’d checked in during the meal to refill our glasses.

    Amazing Thanksgiving Buffet in a wonderful environment. Everything was decorated beautifully and the food was wonderful. Excellent service and would gladly do this again!
