                                                                                        I stopped in at lunchtime during the art festival, and was pleasantly greeted by Octavius. I sat at the bar which is almost like a chef’s table as you can see into their awesome kitchen. My friendly craft bartenders were Denise and HiiJii (He-G) and they made my afternoon visit outstanding. Immediately you get an upscale American/French bistro feel. Service was excellent and Chef Yardley hooked me up with one of the best oyster stews I’ve ever had. Noted, it was not on the brunch menu. Their pub burger was equally outstanding, served with a special request side salad. I strayed a little off menu, but they accommodated my requests without fuss, a sign of a great restaurant. Even though I had a pale ale with my burger, I did review their wine list which is somewhat comprehensive for a small surf-town bistro, as they have a wide range of bottles from various French regions. I cannot wait to go back to try some of their wines and watch their menu grow as this restaurant will be around for decades! Great job Team Rebellion and welcome to Cocoa Beach!

                                                                                        I took my mom to Rebellion Beachside for her birthday yesterday. We had an excellent time! The food was delicious, and the staff was so knowledgeable and kind. We started off with the oyster stew and bbq shrimp, followed by the steak frites and pork chop, and we ended the meal with the lavender brûlée. To drink, we enjoyed many of the signature cocktails including the Versailles garden, tennis court, and the white Negroni. Definitely go check out Rebellion Beachside. It’s delicious!

                                                                                        The food was absolutely well prepared and quite tasty. My meal was the roasted chicken, the Louisiana prong shrimps, the Cobia, the Frites, the beef tartar, and the oyster stew. I was in food and taste heaven. I will be returning for sure. The environment was lovely we went late so the atmosphere was quite lovely and the service personalized. If you have high blood pressure ask them to special prepare your meal.

                                                                                        All of the good we have come to know with the Rebellion brand. Our waitress Lisa was an absolute pro from her knowledge of the menu to her service. Food, as always, top notch and executed perfectly.
