Our waitress was a disaster. Initially, we sat for 15 minutes before she came over. We decided to give her our whole order because of the prolonged time she took to come to our table. She was confused. She only wanted to take our drink orders. We finally got her to take our complete orders. At that time, I asked for the water. We both had soup and an entree. I didn’t get my water until I was almost finished with my entree. My wife had shellfish. She asked for a cracker to crack the shells. She said that she’d see if she could find one. It took her 10 minutes to come back with the cracker. This was unacceptable. Her poor service ruined our dinner! I don’t like to not leave a tip because it might convey to the waiter/waitress that you’re just cheap or from Australia. By leaving a tip that is in line with the service that you received should send a message!

The food is always good here as is the service. It seems like they have made a lot of changes. Maybe new owners. Live music and different staff then we are used to. But, the food is exactly the same every time and the prices are fair.

It was a 6pm reservation on a Thursday so it was still relatively empty considering the large venue (great for large parties). Service was friendly, helpful with recommendations and attentive throughout our dining experience. Started with mozzarella sticks that was served hot. Shared one of the specials that had a lobster tail, 1lb of shrimp, 1lb of crab legs, sausage, 2 corn and 2 potatoes - plenty for 2 people. Enjoyed the mix with the juicy seafood sauce-mild spice. Everything was delicious, well cooked- every piece came out of its shell easily which is a good sign that seafood is not over or undercooked. We will return with an empty stomach.

Always great seafood. Staff always friendly and helpful. Can be noisy sometimes, but we will keep going back.

We come to this venue often because my wife is an aficionado of their weekend special. The food is consistently good. We will be back!

My second visit to Red Crab Juicy Seafood in Delray Beach and again I find the food enjoyable but a bit skimpy for the price. The food is tasty but it is messy and that adds to the experience but also inhibits the experience. Overall I rate the restaurant 4 stars being enjoyable, the servers are friendly and attentive, the food is tasty.

We have gone there many, many times, today we had to return the calamari which was like chewing rubber bands, the Lobster Roll was bland and almost tasteless, the fried fish basket was overdone. While our waiter was great, the bar had a problem with the drinks, it took twenty minutes to get a second round of cocktails. Our reservation had a note to bring our birthday date a dessert, never came. after going there an average of six times a year and celebrating four birthdays there, we are done.
