At Red Feather Lounge the focus is on craft cocktails, along with side by side companion Bittercreek Alehouse the partner restaurants also feature Boise's deepest collection of rare beer and wine. The menu is focused on the Treasure Valley and the Magic Valley's abundant local farm scene and the culinary team follows the seasons with weekly changes to highlight the regions' best products. Located in the heart of downtown Boise, the feel is upscale and the culture is so casual even cowboy hats are welcome.

                                      Everyone enjoyed delicious brunch dishes! Both Benedicts (traditional and crab), Eggs in Purgatory and the short rib Hash were delicious. Hospitality was excellent. Our server made us feel welcome and provided very attentive service!!!

                                      I got the signature 3 course $47. It was a ‘small’ flatbread, and it was ok. Chicken Roulade was 2 pieces of chicken roulade in a sauce w some mashed potatoes and then for desert, it was apple pie and ice cream. Desert was the best of the three course. My partner got a burger and that was much better value at half the price of the signature dish. Service was excellent, helpful and cheerful. Disappointed with the signature dish though.

                                      I usually love this place. However, it took a very long time for our bottle of wine to arrive at our table, the appetizers were long gone before the wine ever showed up, and I ordered the market price ribeye, which I was not aware would come pre-cut so not only was it barely warm, but it wasn’t as rare as I would have preferred. It would have been nice if the menu specifically called that out because I wouldn’t have ordered it. It was also rather chilly in there on Friday night.

                                      Great atmosphere, friendly staff, unfortunately the food was subpar, very salty, and overpriced based on those two things. The dessert was good!

                                      Dinner was lovely. The Happy hour cocktails were fantastic!! The pasta was excellent, although a bit over salty. The halibut was perfection! The salad could have used a little something to counter the pungent flavor of the champagne vinegar, and a little less salt, but was otherwise fine. The outdoor seating was nice. Service was very good. We would recommend Red Feather for a nice meal out!
